System Requirements

Windows computer with Internet access (56K modem or faster), running Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox

or

Macintosh computer with Internet access (56K modem or faster), running Mozilla Firefox or Camino (not Safari).

Required Browser Settings

Please note: If you are getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error, this usually indicates a need to adjust settings on your firewall or Norton Security. Some parents are finding that they are unable to log in from their workplace because of firewall settings; this needs to be addressed with your company's technology staff.

Activating your CDH Infinite Campus Parent account for the first time

You will be guided through the process of creating your user id and password.

 

Viewing Student Schedules, Assignments and Grades

To view grades, click on the student's schedule.

 

Enabling EMail Messages Through Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus has a feature which enables teachers and administrators to send progress reports and notices directly from the program. You do not need email to receive these messages; they are automatically delivered to your Infinite Campus Process Inbox when you log in. If you would also like notices to be delivered directly to your email account, please follow the instructions below. Note that not all teachers will be using this feature; it is one option for communication.
