Fundraisers
Here are some of the fundraisers we do during the year to raise money for our band trips we take every other year.
 Hi-Note Coupon Books
 These books will be sold Fall 2011 by the band students.  We will start selling on Aug. 23 (during band camp) and finish on Friday Sep. 9, 2011.

Crisp Bars $1
Caramel Bars $1
Mint Melt-a-ways $2
50 bar Variety Pack- Each package contains 15 Milk Chocolate with Almond,
5 Dark Chocolate with Almond, 10 Carmel Bars, 10 Crisp Bars, and 10 Milk Chocolate Bars.

Sales Dates: Nov. 15-Dec. 20, 2011.

Purpose: Raise money for the band trip to Chicago!

Almond Bar (case of 50) $1.00/bar
Crisp Bar (case of 50)     $1.00/bar
Caramel Bar (case of 50)$1.00/bar
Mint Melt-a-Way              $2.00/box
(25 boxes/ case)
50-bar Variety Pack         $1.00/bar
            (bars we have plus Dark & plain milk)

Profit:  50% All profits go to your trip account.

Safety:
  • Keep track of chocolate money! Don't leave them unattended or in a classroom or anywhere, someone will steal them.
  • Do not leave chocolate in your  locker or cubby because mice will come-Gross!
  • Do not place chocolate on or near a heat source-hmm...
Sales Info:
  • Check out as many or as few items as you wish.
  • No returns.
  • Turn in all money by Wed., Dec. 21st.
  • You may pre-buy and sell candy over Christmas.  Left over candy will be returned to WFC on 12/21.
  • Money will only be accepted by check and ot must be in an envelope with your name and the amount outside!
  • Cash or coin will not be accepted.
