Cretin-Derham Hall hired Pat Donaghy as Boys Head Lacrosse Coach to lead their first boys lacrosse program. Coach Donaghy played Division III Men’s Lacrosse at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania as midfielder and was a four year letter winter and captain his senior year. After college, Pat played on the Scotland National Lacrosse Team from 1999-2001 playing in the European Championships. Coach Donaghy was an Assistant Coach at Swarthmore College 1998, 2002, 2004-2006. Additional coaching positions include Head Varsity Coach at Newark High School 1999-2000 and Delcastle High in Delaware in 2003. In 2008, Pat moved to Minnesota through work relocation and during this time he has coached and supported Woodbury Youth Lacrosse program 2008-present and assisted with the Woodbury High School Coaching Staff since 2010. Cretin-Derham Hall welcomes Coach Donaghy to lead and develop Boy Lacrosse as a club program in the spring of 2012 participating in the Minnesota Boys Scholastic Lacrosse Association (MBSLA). The 2012-13 school year CDH will compete in Minnesota State High School League and Suburban East Conference competition.
